AUTHORIZING THE CONDUCT OF THE "ROUNDTABLE DISCUSSION FOR THE FINALIZATION OF THE INFRASTRUCTURE PROGRAM OF REQUIREMENTS FOR THE JUDICIARY" AND THE ATTENDANCE OF CONCERNED PERSONNEL THEREIN
The formulation of the Infrastructure Program of Requirements for the Judiciary has already been completed and is now ready for finalization.
Having established, among others, the magnitude of the required capital investment to provide respectable courthouses, and the standard criteria for these requirements, there is a need to reach an agreement on the programming of these courthouses to optimize these investments.
Towards this concern, the conduct of a "Roundtable Discussion for the Finalization of the Infrastructure Program of Requirements for the Judiciary" on 21 July 2003 from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the Manila Diamond Hotel, Roxas Blvd., corner Dr. J. Quintos St., Manila, is hereby authorized.
The discussion would seek to, inter alia: (1) present the findings of the study conducted for the infrastructure program of the Judiciary; (2) develop a complementary set of criteria/guidelines to further trim down those prioritized in the first screening for use in the capital investment programming; and (3) present the architectural options, their implications, and recommendations, for approval.

Participation in the Roundtable Discussion shall be on official time. All expenses related to this workshop such as food, accommodation, facilitation costs, transportation expenses, supplies and materials, gasoline and other contingencies and miscellaneous expenses shall be charged to the Urban Integrated Consultants, Inc. (UICI).
Above-named participants are requested to give priority to this undertaking.
