AN ACT TO AMEND REPUBLIC ACT NUMBERED SIX HUNDRED SEVENTY

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. Item sixty-four and item sixty-nine, paragraph (a), Title A, section one, of Republic Act Numbered Six hundred seventy, regarding public works projects for the Province of Leyte, are hereby amended to read as follows:

"64. For the repair of the municipal building of Cabalian P5,000.00

"64-A. For the construction of Catmon Barrio School Building, Cabalian 5,000.00

"69. For the construction of the Cambook Barrio School, Maasin, P500; and the building materials already purchased approximately valued at P3,500 4,000.00"

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
