M-2018- 025 To Att AUTHORIZED AGENT BANKS Subject Requests for exchange of New Design Series (NDSI for New Generation Currency banknotes beyond the final deadline Date 4 September 2018 We reiterate that the final deadline for exchanging New Design Series (NDS) banknotes for New Generation Currency (NGC) banknotes is 29 December 2}tl. lf there are still clients who attempt to redeem the face value of their NDS banknotes, they should no longer be referred to the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas. No extension of this deadline has been announced; hence requests for exchange of NDS notes shall no longer be entertained by the Bangko Sentral ng pilipinas or by any of its authorized ag ent banks.
