ALL PRESIDING JUDGES AND CLERKS OF COURT OF THE FIRST AND SECOND LEVEL COURTS IN THE THIRD AND FOURTH JUDICIAL REGION AND THE NATIONAL CAPITAL JUDICIAL REGION

STATUS REPORT ON THE CONDITION OF THE LOWER COURTS AND COURT PERSONNEL AFFECTED BY TYPHOON ONDOY

To effectively address the concerns of the courts and personnel affected by the typhoon, you are hereby DIRECTED to: (a) DETERMINE the damage on the Hall of Justice/building, court records and properties, as well as the needs of our court personnel affected thereby; and (b) SUBMIT, within five (5) days from notice, a REPORT on the action already taken as regards the condition of the courts, records and properties and assistance if any has been given to the employees; and RECOMMENDATION as to other actions that need to be taken with the assistance of the Office of the Court Administrator.
