ALL JUDGES AND CLERKS OF COURT OF THE REGIONAL TRIAL COURTS

RE:

INVENTORY OF CASES REGARDING EXTRA-JUDICIAL KILLINGS OF POLITICAL IDEOLOGISTS AND MEMBERS OF MEDIA

The Court is in the process of determining the number of branches in the Regional Trial Courts nationwide to be designated as Special Courts to hear, try and decide cases involving killings of political ideologists and members of media.

In view thereof, you are hereby directed to submit a report of the criminal cases involving the aforementioned as victims that are pending in your respective courts in accordance with the attached form (stating therein the case number, date filed, title of the case, nature, date of arraignment and latest status).

The report shall be submitted to the Court Management Office, Office of the Court Administrator, immediately from receipt hereof, but not later than March 1, 2007 using the attached form.
