REPUBLIC ACT NO. 2123 - AN ACT CREATING THE BARRIO OF SANTO DOMINGO IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BATANGAS, PROVINCE OF BATANGAS.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. The sitios of Suha, Bakis, Tolong Bata and Talon are separated from the barrio of Condo Itaas, Municipality of Batangas, Province of Batangas, and are constituted into an independent and distinct barrio of Santo Domingo.

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
