REPUBLIC ACT NO. 6682 - AN ACT AMENDING THE EFFECTIVITY CLAUSE OF EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 292 DATED JULY 25, 1987

Section 1. The effectivity of clause provided in Section 29, Book VII, of Executive Order No. 292 dated July 25, 1987, known as the Administrative Code of 1987, is hereby amended to read as follows:

"Sec. 29. Effectivity.-This Code shall take effect two years after its publication in the Official Gazette."

Sec. 2. This Act shall take effect on November 24, 1988.

This Act which originated in the Senate was passed by the same on November 23, 1988, and considered concurred in by the House of Representatives when it passed on November 24, 1988 House Bill No. 20609 which is identical to Senate Bill No. 849.
