SUBJECT : LIFTING THE ORDER OF DISQUALIFICATION OF ATTY. ROSELLER A. VIRAY FROM BEING COMMISSIONED AS NOTARY PUBLIC FOR TWO (2) YEARS

For your information and guidance, quoted hereunder is the Resolution dated 29 February 2016 of the Third Division in Administrative Case No. 7350, entitled "Patrocinio V. Agbulos vs. Atty. Roseller A. Viray," to wit:

This refers to the Report dated December 9, 2015 of the Office of the Bar Confidant (OBC) on the Resolution dated September 9, 2015 requiring respondent to submit a certification from the Office of the Executive Judge, Regional Trial Court, Urdaneta, Pangasinan, that he has ceased and desisted from the practice of his notarial commission as a notary public from March 8, 2013 to March 9, 2015 as required in the Resolution dated July 9, 2014.

The OBC finds that respondent has submitted a certification dated October 22, 2015 in compliance with the aforesaid Resolution of September 9, 2015.

ACCORDINGLY, the Court, upon the recommendation of the OBC, resolves to LIFT the order disqualifying respondent from being commissioned as notary public for two (2) years imposed in the Decision dated February 18, 2013, as he has fully served the same from March 8, 2013 to March 9, 2015.
