REPUBLIC ACT NO. 2669 - AN ACT CREATING ADDITIONAL POSITIONS OF ASSISTANT PROVINCIAL FISCALS IN THE PROVINCES OF CEBU AND PANGASINAN, AMENDING FOR THIS PURPOSE SECTION SIXTEEN HUNDRED SEVENTY-FOUR OF THE REVISED ADMINISTRATIVE CODE, AS AMENDED.

AN ACT CREATING ADDITIONAL POSITIONS OF ASSISTANT PROVINCIAL FISCALS IN THE PROVINCES OF CEBU AND PANGASINAN, AMENDING FOR THIS PURPOSE SECTION SIXTEEN HUNDRED SEVENTY-FOUR OF THE REVISED ADMINISTRATIVE CODE, AS AMENDED.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. The provision of Section sixteen hundred seventy-four of the Revised Administrative Code, as amended, relative to the number of assistant provincial fiscals in the provinces of Cebu and Pangasinan, is further amended to read as follows:

"Cebu, thirteen assistant provincial fiscals; "Pangasinan, eighteen assistant provincial fiscals;"

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
