REPUBLIC ACT NO. 5558 - AN ACT CREATING CERTAIN BARRIOS IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF ANDA, PROVINCE OF BOHOL.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. The following sitios in the Municipality of Anda, Province of Eohol, are hereby constituted as barrios of said municipality, to wit:

1. Sitios Pursenas and llawod are constituted into a distinct and independent barrio of said municipality, to be known as Barrio Santa Cruz; 2. Sitios Abihid and Tayod are constituted into a distinct and independent barrio of said municipality, to be known as Barrio Katipunan; 3. Sitios Almaria and Tinogdan are constituted into a distinct and independent barrio of said municipality, to be known as Barrio Almaria; 4. Sitios Bagacay, Lutao, and Sa-ob are constituted into a distinct and independent barrio of said municipality, to be known as Barrio Buenasuerte; and 5. Sitio Tawid is hereby converted into a distinct and independent barrio of said municipality, to be known as Barrio Tawid. SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
