TO : THE NATIONAL OFFICERS AND ADVISERS OF THE PHILIPPINE ASSOCIATION OF COURT SOCIAL WORKERS, INC. (PACSWI)

SUBJECT: 2 nd NATIONAL EXECUTIVE BOARD MEETING ON 21-23 NOVEMBER 2018 IN OLONGAPO CITY

The national officers and advisers of the Philippine Association of Court Social Workers, Inc. (PACSWI) will hold their 2 nd National Executive Board Meeting on 21-23 November 2018 at the El Kabayo, Binictican, Freeport Zone, Subic Bay, Olongapo City.

In connection therewith, the national officers and advisers of the PACSWI are hereby authorized to attend the meeting on OFFICIAL TIME/BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds if authorized and available, provided that there is prior permission from the Executive Judge and their respective case assignments are properly managed.

Ms, Jeanelyn G. Ledesma, National President of PACSWI, shall submit to the Court Management Office, Office of the Court Administrator, a report on the conduct of the meeting with the complete list of the attendees within ten (10) days from the conclusion thereof.

This Circular amends OCA Circular No. 216-2018 dated 19 October 2018.
