ALL JUDGES OF THE REGIONAL TRIAL COURTS, SHARI'A DISTRICT COURTS, METROPOLITAN TRIAL COURTS, MUNICIPAL TRIAL COURTS IN CITIES, MUNICIPAL TRIAL COURTS, MUNICIPAL CIRCUIT TRIAL COURTS AND SHARI'A CIRCUIT COURTS

SUBJECT: SUBMISSION OF DATA RE JUDICIAL EDUCATION AND TRAINING NEEDS OF JUDGES OF THE LOWER COURTS

In line With the objective of the Office of the Court Administrator that judges of the lower courts be provided with capability-building and skills-enhancing programs that are relevant and responsive to their needs as adjudicators and administrators, all judges are hereby directed to submit to this Office a list of topics which they feel should be covered by judicial education activities and training sessions. The list should be transmitted to the OCA not later than June 30, 2006.
