ALL REGIONAL OFFICERS OF THE COURT STENOGRAPHIC REPORTERS ASSOCIATION OF THE PHILIPPINES (COSTRAPHIL), INC., - REGION I

SUBJECT:

1 st BOARD MEETING ON APRIL 28, 2006 AT THE MUNICIPAL CONFERENCE HALL OF SAGADA, MT. PROVINCE

The Court Stenographic Reporters Association of the Philippines (COSTRAPHIL), Inc. - Region I will hold their 1 st Board Meeting on March 28, 2006 at the Municipal Conference Hall of Sagada, Mt. Province.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the said meeting on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds if authorized and available provided that there is prior written permission from the Executive Judge/Presiding Judge and there shall be no disruption of the court calendar.

Mr. Marvin P. Roces, President of the Association (Region I) shall submit to this Office a report on the attendance within ten (10) days from the date of the meeting.
