SUBJECT:

FIRST SPECIAL MEETING AT DAVAO CITY ON 21 NOVEMBER 2003

The Sheriffs Confederation of the Philippines (SCOPHIL) will hold its First Special Meeting at Davao City on 21 November 2003.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the meeting on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS chargeable to local funds if authorized and available but they should see to it that their attendance thereat shall not disrupt the court calendar and with prior written permission from the Executive Judge/Presiding Judge.

A report on the attendance should be submitted to this Office within ten (10) days from the date of meeting.
