TO : THE NEWLY ELECTED NATIONAL OFFICERS, NATIONAL CAPITAL JUDICIAL REGION (NCJR) LOCAL PRESIDENTS, REGIONAL AND EXECUTIVE BOARD OFFICERS, AND OUTGOING OFFICERS OF THE JUDICIARY ASSOCIATION OF CLERKS OF THE PHILIPPINES (JACOPHIL)

SUBJECT: OATH TAKING AND 1st NATIONAL BOARD MEETING ON MAY 2 TO 3, 2013 AT THE PHILIPPINE ASSOCIATION OF COURT EMPLOYEES (PACE) HEADQUARTERS, MANILA CITY HALL

The newly elected national officers of the Judiciary Association of Clerks of the Philippines (JACOPHIL) will take their oath and will hold their 1 st national board meeting, together with the National Capital Judicial Region (NCJR) local presidents, regional and executive board officers, and outgoing officers of the association, on May 2 to 3, 2013 at the Philippine Association of Court Employees (PACE) Headquarters, 5 th floor, Manila City Hall.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the oath taking and the board meeting on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds if authorized and available, provided that there is a prior permission from the Executive Judge/Presiding Judge and there shall be no disruption of the court calendar.

Mr. Edmund Sanchez De Javing, elected National President of the Association, shall submit a report on the conduct of the activities (with the complete list of all court personnel who attended) to the Court Management Office, Office of the Court Administrator, within ten (10) days from the conclusion thereof.
