TO : ALL JUDGES AND CLERKS OF COURTS OF COURTS INCLUDED IN THE "HUSTISYEAH! CASE DECONGESTION ACTIVITY PROGRAM"

SUBJECT : CASE DECONGESTION STATUS REPORTS AND MONTHLY REPORTS

Whereas, in a Resolution dated 16 April 2013 in A.M. No. 13-04-11- SC, the Supreme Court en banc approved the full roll out of the Case Decongestion Activity implemented by The Asia Foundation (TAF), otherwise known as the Hustisyeah! Decongesting Philippine Courts Project {Hustisyeah!);

Whereas, pursuant to the said Resolution, the Office of the Court Administrator (OCA) and TAF formed and deployed inventory teams, led by Judicial Supervisors from the OCA;

Whereas, after the inventory, the Judicial Supervisor and the Presiding Judge shall prepare and submit an Initial Inventory Report and a Case Decongestion Plan (CDP) which will be implemented by the Presiding Judge;

NOW THEREFORE, to assist the OCA and TAF in monitoring the implementation of the Hustisyeah!, all judges and/or clerks of court of courts included in Hustisyeah! implementing their respective CDPs are hereby required to:

1. Continously monitor the status of cases listed in the CDPs;

2. Accomplish and submit to the OCA, copy furnished TAF, at the end of every month for the duration of the Project, the attached status report form, which categorizes cases listed in the CDPs as disposed, archived, provisionally dismissed, transferred to other courts, etc., and,

3. Provide copies of the court's Monthly Report submitted to the OCA to TAF. All costs relevant to the reproduction of the Monthly Reports shall be shouldered by TAF.
