TO: ALL COURT EMPLOYEES IN QUEZON CITY

SUBJECT:

"BALIK HAT AW SA TAG-ARAW"

The Philippine Association of Court Employees (PACE) - Quezon City Chapter will hold a sportsfest activity "Balik Hataw Sa Tag-araw" on April 24- 28, 2006 .

Attendance of the participants only on the scheduled day of the sportsfest shall be on OFFICIAL TIME. However, the Presiding Judge shall see to it that a skeletal force shall be maintained so as not to disrupt the

business of the Court.

Atty. Perlita V. Ele, Chapter President of the Association shall submit to this Office the list of participants within ten (10) days from the date every tournament is held.
