AUHORIZING THE ATTENDANCE OF SELECTED SUPREME COURT OFFICIALS AND PERSONNEL TO THE GROUNDBREAKING CEREMONIES AND APJR SHOWCASE IN LAPULAPU CITY, CEBU

One of the activities identified under the Institutional Development Component of the Action Program for Judicial Reform (APJR) is the upgrading of infrastructure facilities of the Judiciary. This component is being supported by the Judicial Reform Support Project (JRSP).

The Lapulapu Hall of Justice in Cebu is one of the halls of justice identified as pilot model court under the JRSP. A ground breaking ceremony to commence the construction/renovation of the Lapulapu Hall of Justice is scheduled on Saturday, 10 December 2005 at 11:00 a.m. At the same time, a showcase of major APJR projects will be held to promote awareness of and support for these projects.

In view of the foregoing, the following Supreme Court officials and personnel are authorized to attend above activity:
