NATIONAL OFFICERS AND REGIONAL REPRESENTATIVES OF THE PROVINCIAL ASSOCIATION OF COURT INTERPRETERS, INC. (PHILACI, INC.)

SUBJECT:

MEETING ON OCTOBER 18-21, 2005 AT THE GEMS HOTEL AND CONFERENCE CENTER IN ANTIPOLO, RIZAL

The Executive Board, Board of Regional Representatives and Region V Convention Committees of the Philippine Association of Court Interpreters (PHILACI) will hold a meeting on October 18-21 (including travel time) at the GEMS Hotel and Conference Center, Antipolo City .

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend said meeting on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds if authorized and available, provided that there is prior written permission from the Executive Judge/Presiding Judge and there shall be no disruption of the court calendar.

Mr. Gilbert B. Serrano, National President, PHILACI, shall submit to this Office a report on the attendance within ten (10) days from the date of the meeting.
