SUBJECTS:

10th BIENNIAL SEMINAR CONVENTION ON OCTOBER 23-25, 2003 AT BOHOL TROPICS RESORT TAGBILARAN CITY

The Philippine Trial Judges' League, Inc will hold its live-out 10th Biennial Seminar Convention on October 23-25, 2003 at Bohol Tropics Resort, Tagbilaran City with the theme: "Renewing Our Commitment for Judicial Excellence."

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the said affair on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS chargeable to local funds if authorized and available but. they should see to it that the court calendar is properly managed and parties are notified in advance of any canceled hearing.

A complete report on the attendance shall be submitted to this office within ten (10) days from date of said affair.
