For your information and guidance, quoted hereunder is the dispositive portion of the Decision of the Court En Bane dated 24 July 2009, in Administrative Case No. 8243, entitled "Rolando B. Pacana, Jr. vs. Atty. Maricel Pascual-Lopez", to wit:

"WHEREFORE, respondent Attorney Maricel Pascual-Lopez is hereby DISBARRED for representing conflicting interests and for engaging in unlawful, dishonest and deceitful conduct in violation of her Lawyer's Oath and the Code of Professional Responsibility." Atty. Jose Mari S; Velez, Jr. counsel for respondent received the said Decision on 6 August 2007 per Registry Return Receipt No. 10940.
