SUBJECT TRAINING SEMINAR ON THE CHILD IN THE JUSTICE SYSTEM AT THE U.P. LAHUG, CEBU CITY ON SEPTEMBER 16 - 18 , 1993

The U.P. Law Center is conducting a training seminar on the Child in the Justice System, as a forum to ventilate problems and difficulties in the enforcement of the laws affecting children.

All judges of Cebu City are invited to attend this seminar to be held at the U.P. Lahug, Cebu City on September 16- 18, 1993, provided that attendance may be made in their court calendars. Attendance thereat shall be on OFFICIAL TIME .

A seminar fee of P600.00 cover for the materials, handcuffs, snacks and lunch, as well as the transportation and accomodation expenses for the lecturers and guests shall be borne by the participants which may be charged by them to the local government, if authorized and available.

JUDGES TERESTITA DYLIACO FLORES and DELILAH V. MAGTOLIS are hereby authorized to attend this seminar as lecturers on OFFICIAL TIME .
