AUTHORIZING THE ATTENDANCE OF THE COURT OF TAX APPEALS JUSTICES IN A ROUNDTABLE DISCUSSION ON THE NEW CODE OF JUDICIAL CONDUCT FOR THE PHILIPPINE JUDICIARY AND OF THE PERSONNEL OF THE COURT OF TAX APPEALS IN AN ORIENTATION-WORKSHOP ON THE CODE OF CONDUCT FOR COURT PERSONNEL

The Philippine Judicial Academy (PHILJA), in coordination with the Program Management Office (PMO-SC), the Office of the Administrative Services (OAS-SC) and the American Bar Association (ABA)-Asia Law Initiative, will conduct a half-day round table discussion with the Court of Tax Appeals Justices on the New Code of Judicial Conduct for the Philippine Judiciary on 13 July 2005, and a two (2)-day Orientation-Workshop on the Conduct for Court Personnel from 11 to 12 July 2005 at the Court of Tax Appeals Court Room, Court of Tax Appeals, Quezon City.
