ADMINISTRATIVE SUPERVISION OF COURTS

ALL JUDSLS, CLERKS OF COURT, BRANCH CLERKS OF COURT, LEGAL RESEARCHERS AND OTHER COURT PERSONNEL OF DAVAO CITY

SUBJECT:

SEMINAR-WORKSHOP ON "TOTAL QUALITY MANAGEMENT (TQM)" AT BISTRO ROSARIO, DAVAO CITY, ON DECEMBER 6, 1996

The Judges of Davao City, in coordination with the Philippine Judicial Academy (PHILJA) and the Institute of Judicial Administration (IJA), will conduct a pilot seminar-workshop on "Total Quality Management (TQM)" for all judges, clerks of court, branch clerks of court, legal researchers and other court personnel of Davao City an December 6, 1996 at Bistro Rosario, Davao City .

The judges and court personnel concerned are authorized to attend the seminar-workshop on OFFICIAL TIME provided that there is no disruption of the court calendar and parties are notified in advance of any cancelled hearing.

A report on the attendance should be submitted to this Office within ten (10) days from date of the seminar-workshop.
