AUTHORIZING THE PARTICIPATION OF JUDGES IN BACOLOD AND SAN FERNANDO, PAMPANGA TO ACT AS MENTORS AND COACHES FOR JUDGES IN NEGROS OCCIDENTAL, PAMPANGA, BENGUET, LA UNION AND MISAMIS ORIENTAL (JURIS SITES) IN THE CONDUCT OF COURT-ANNEXED MEDIATION (CAM) AND JUDICIAL DISPUTE RESOLUTON (JDR) DURING THE INTERNSHIP/SETTLEMENT PERIOD

The Philippine Judicial Academy (PHILJA), in coordination with the National Judicial Institute of Canada (NJI), will conduct an Internship on Court-Annexed Mediation (CAM) and Judicial Dispute Resolution (JDR) for Judges of Negros Occidental, Pampanga, Benguet, La Union and Misamis Oriental (JURIS sites) for the month of October 2006 at selected RTC/MTCC Hall of Justice.

The attendance of the participants in this internship shall be MANDATORY and on OFFICIAL BUSINESS.

The participating Judges should see to it that their respective court calendars properly managed and the parties are notified in advance of any cancelled hearings

Formal business attire is required. No companion and substitution of participants shall be allowed.
