TO : EXECUTIVE/PRESIDING JUDGES, CLERKS OF COURT/OFFICERS-IN- CHARGE/ACCOUNTABLE OFFICERS OF THE FIRST AND SECOND LEVEL COURTS
SUBJECT: New Land Bank Account for the Victim's Compensation Fund (VCF)
In the letter dated 13 August 2018 addressed to the Office of the Court Administrator (OCA), Hon. Adonis P. Sulit, Assistant Secretary, Department of Justice (DOJ), Manila, requested that the OCA issue the necessary circular to deposit all Victim's Compensation Fund (VCF) collections to the newly-opened account of the DOJ.
In this regard, all clerks of court/accountable officers of the Office of the Clerks of Court and single sala courts are hereby DIRECTED to remit all VCF collections to the BTR-DOJ-VCF Trust Savings Account No. 0011-3471-42 of the DOJ.
The old VCF LBP Current Account No. 0592-1022-42 shall no longer be used effective immediately.
