THE OFFICERS AND MEMBERS OF THE PHILIPPINE ASSOCIATION OF COURT EMPLOYEES (PACE) IN REGION XI, REGION XII, THE ARMM AND THE CARAGA REGION

SUBJECT :

REGIONAL GENERAL ASSEMBLY (BY CLUSTER) ON 08 AND 09 SEPTEMBER 2011 AT THE SARANGANI PROVINCIAL GYM

The officers and members of the Philippine Association of Court Employees (PACE) in Region XI, Region XII, the ARMM and the CARAGA Region will hold a Regional General Assembly (by cluster) on 08 and 09 September 2011 at the Sarangani Provincial Gym.

All concerned are authorized to attend the assembly on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds if authorized and available provided that there is prior written permission from the Executive Judge/Presiding Judge and there shall be no disruption of the court calendar.

Atty. Virginia R. Coloma-Rafael, National President of the Association, shall submit to the Court Management Office, OCA a report regarding the assembly within ten (10) days from the conclusion of the said event.

This Circular revokes OCA Circular Nos. 71-2011 and 79-2011 dated 01 June 2011 and 21 June 2011, respectively.
