ATTENDANCE AT THE GENERAL LAW PRACTICE INSTITUTE ON OCTOBER 28-29, 1998 IN GENERAL SANTOS CITY

The South Cotabato-Sarangani-General Santos City Chapter, IBP and the University of the Philippines Law Center, in cooperation with the Mindanao State University College of Law Student Association, will conduct a General Law Practice Institute, on October 28-29, 1998 at the Family Country Homes and Convention Center along Mateo Road, Barangay Lagao, General Santos City, inviting judges, clerks of courts and legal researchers in the provinces of South Cotabato, Sarangani, Sultan Kudarat, Maguindanao, North Cotabato and Davao del Sur and the cities of General Santos, Davao and Cotabato.

The participation and attendance of the judges, clerks of court and legal researchers at said institute shall be on OFFICIAL TIME, provided that there is no disruption of the court calendar and parties are notified in advance of any cancelled hearing.

A report on the attendance should be submitted to this Office within ten (10) days from the date of the institute.
