TO : THE NATIONAL BOARD OF OFFICERS, THE ADVISERS, THE MEMBERS OF THE COMMITTEE ON CONTINUING PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION, AND THE COURT SOCIAL WORKERS IN REGION 2 OF THE PHILIPPINE ASSOCIATION OF COURT SOCIAL WORKERS, INC. (PACSWI)

SUBJECT: 1st NATIONAL EXECUTIVE BOARD MEETING ON APRIL 10 TO 12, 2013 IN BAYOMBONG, NUEVA VIZCAYA

The Philippine Association of Court Social Workers, Inc. (PACSWI) will hold its first national executive board meeting for the year 2013 on April 10 to 12, 2013 at the Provincial Social Welfare Development Building, Provincial Capitol Compound, Bayombong, Nueva Vizcaya.

In connection therewith, the PACSWI national board of officers; the advisers; the following members of the PACSWI Committee on Continuing Professional Education: 1) Ma. Lourdes F. Sarmiento, 2) Jennet V. Natividad, 3) Joseph Jennel M. Malelang, 4) Rowena R. Ladiao, 5) Liberato G. Estilong, and 6) Jhoane Princes D. Traifalgar; and the court social workers in Region 2, are hereby authorized to attend the board meeting on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds if authorized and available, provided that there is a prior permission from the Executive Judge/Presiding Judge and there shall be no disruption of the court calendar.

Ms. Preciousa C. Macapuso, National President of the Association, shall submit a report on the conduct of the board meeting (with the complete list of all court personnel who attended) to the Court Management Office, Office of the Court Administrator, within ten (10) days from the conclusion thereof.

This circular amends OCA Circular No. 32-2013 dated March 5, 2013.
