REPUBLIC ACT NO. 3643 - AN ACT AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF THE SUM OF ONE HUNDRED SEVENTY-FIVE THOUSAND PESOS FOR THE OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE OF THE PORT OF ENTRY OF SIAIN, PROVINCE OF QUEZON.

AN ACT AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF THE SUM OF ONE HUNDRED SEVENTY-FIVE THOUSAND PESOS FOR THE OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE OF THE PORT OF ENTRY OF SIAIN, PROVINCE OF QUEZON.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. The sum of one hundred seventy-five thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the operation and maintenance of the tort of entry of Siain, Province of Quezon, during the fiscal year nineteen hundred and sixty-four. Such sums as may be necessary for its operation and maintenance in subsequent years shall be included in the annual General Appropriation Acts.

SEC 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
