TO : ALL JUDGES, CLERKS OF COURT AND BRANCH CLERKS OF COURT IN THE SOUTHERN LUZON REGION
SUBJECT : IBP SOUTHERN LUZON REGIONAL CONVENTION ON 24 TO 26 JULY 2014 AT THE BELLEVUE HOTEL, ALABANG, MUNTINLUPA CITY
The Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) Southern Luzon Region will hold a Regional Convention on 24 to 26 July 2014 (Thursday to Saturday) at the Bellevue Hotel, Alabang, Muntinlupa City. All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the convention on 24 to 26 July 2014, on OFFICIAL TIME/BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds if authorized and available, provided that their court calendars are properly managed and parties are notified of any cancelled hearings.
The participants shall submit to the Court Management Office, Office of the Court Administrator, their respective certificates of attendance within ten (10) days from their receipt thereof.
This circular amends OCA Circular No. 69-2014 dated 12 May 2014.
