CIRCULAR LETTER Series of 2002 Series of 2002 TO: ALL AUTHORIZED AGENT BANKS
Please be advised that Central Bank Registration Nos. CB-MEDIAD (FI) 78-1167 dated August 17, 1978 and 85-3080 dated April 1, 1985, evidencing registration of the foreign direct investments of Data General Hongkong Ltd and nominees in Data General Philippines, Inc. have been reported lost.
Above-mentioned registration documents have been applied for replacement and should not be honored when presented for capital repatriation or dividends remittance pursuant to Section 40 of CB Circular No. 1389 dated April 13, 1993, as amended.
