Please be advised that Bangko Sentral Registration Documents (BSRDs) (in letter form with Ref. No. 10/11-910603-02) No. CB FEOID 91-00278 dated June 10, 1991 and BSRD No. 92-000110 dated October 1, 1992, covering investments of Mitsubishi Corporation, Japan in Laguna Technopark, Inc. have been reported lost.
Above-mentioned registration documents have been applied for replacement and should not be honored when presented for capital repatriation or dividends remittance pursuant to Section 40 of CB Circular No. 1389 dated April 13, 1993, as amended.
