Subject: Change of Name of Keppel Bank, Phils., Inc.
Effective 19 June 2006, Keppel Bank Philippines, Inc. (A Thrift Bank) has changed its corporate name to G.E. Money Bank, Inc. (A Savings Bank) as approved by the Securities and Exchange Commission on 30 May 2006.
