REPUBLIC OF THE PHILIPPINES DEPARTMENT OF FINANCE BUREAU OF INTERNAL REVENUE Quezon City July 18, 2012 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR No. 33-2012 SUBJECT : Missing original copy from one (1) set of an unused BIR Form No. 2524- Official Receipt TO : All Internal Revenue Officials, Employees and Others Concerned Notice is hereby given of the missing original copy from one (1) set of an unused BIR Form No. 2524 � Revenue Official Receipt (ROR) with the hereunder stated serial number, to wit: ROR201101150002 The abovementioned copy was reported missing by Ms. Carmelita Zenaida M. Ines, Revenue Collection Officer, Revenue District No. 40, Revenue Region No. 7, Quezon City. Consequently, the entire ROR set bearing the said serial number is hereby cancelled. All official transactions involving the use thereof is therefore considered as INVALID. Internal Revenue officials, employees and others concerned are requested to promptly notify this Office in the event that the aforesaid forms are found and to take the necessary measures to prevent the improper or fraudulent disposition or use of the same.
