AUTHORIZING THE ATTENDANCE OF JUDGES FROM CAVITE AND SELECTED JUDGES FROM THE NATIONAL CAPITAL REGION TO PARTICIPATE IN THE ORIENTATION SEMINAR-WORKSHOP ON COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS BETWEEN THE FAMILY CODE AND THE CODE OF MUSLIM PERSONAL LAWS OF THE PHILIPPINES

The Philippine Judicial Academy (PHILJA) will conduct an Orientation Seminar-Workshop on Comparative Analysis Between the Family Code and the Code of Muslim Personal Laws of the Philippines from November 16 to 18, 2010 at the Century Park Hotel, Manila.

The participating judges should see to it that their respective court calendars are properly managed and the parties notified in advance of any cancelled hearing.

Attendance at this Seminar shall be MANDATORY and on OFFICIAL BUSINESS except for those whose work stations are within the National Capital Region, which shall be on OFFICIAL TIME ONLY , travel expenses to and from the seminar site will be reimbursable after submission of the required documents.

Formal business attire is required. No companion and substitution of participants shall be allowed.
