(AGRIB), Banco Alabang, Inc. (A Rural Bank) (BAIRB), Rural Bank of Maddela (Quirino), Inc. (MDELA), and Rural Bank of San Jacinto (Masbate), Inc. (SJCNT), to form a new rural bank to be known as Agribusiness Banking Corporation – A Rural Bank doing business under the name and style of Agribank. The Agribusiness Banking Corporation – A Rural Bank doing business under the name and style of Agribank was registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission on 14 February 2025.
