SUBJECT : LIFTING OF SUSPENSION FROM THE PRACTICE OF LAW OF ATTY. ARNALDO P. DIZON

For your information and guidance, quoted hereunder is the Resolution dated 16 January 2017 of the First Division in Administrative Case No. 9029, entitled "Sharon Flores-Concepcion v. Atty. Arnaldo P. Dizon and Provincial Prosecutor Aladin C. Bermudez, Jr.," to wit:

Considering respondent Atty. Arnaido P. Dizon's compliance (re: Resolution dated 17 August 2016) and motion to lift his suspension, submitting the certification from the Integrated Bar of the Philippines, Tarlac Chapter, affirming that he did not engage in the practice of law from October 2, 2015 up to present, the Court resolves:

(1) to NOTE (a) the aforesaid compliance and motion of respondent Atty. Arnaido P. Dizon; and (b) the Report dated December 7, 2016 of the Office of the Bar Confidant; and

(2) to LIFT the order of suspension of respondent Atty. Arnaido P. Dizon and ALLOW him to resume his practice of law effective from notice hereof.
