REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7851 - AN ACT DECLARING THE 24TH DAY OF SEPTEMBER OF EVERY YEAR AS A SPECIAL NONWORKING HOLIDAY IN CALAMBA, LAGUNA, TO COMMEMORATE THE BIRTH ANNIVERSARY OF THE LATE SPEAKER JOSE YULO, SR.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. September 24 of every year is hereby declared as a special nonworking holiday in Calamba, Laguna, to commemorate the birth anniversary of the late Speaker Jose Yulo, Sr.

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
