The Monetary Board, in its Resolution No. 29 dated January 8, 1997, authorized the establishment and operation of TOTAL SAVINGS BANK, INC. as a thrift bank.
The Certificate of Authority to operate was signed and issued by the Governor on February 6, 1997. aisadc The bank started operation on February 12, 1997.
