CIRCULAR LETTER Series of 2001
To : All Rural Banks
To attain the highest level of public awareness of "The Rural Banking Consciousness Week" (August 26 - 31, 2001) and to ensure its successful observance nationwide, rural banks and their branches are enjoined to undertake promotional and publicity generating activities, including but not limited to, advertisements, streamers, window and counter displays, distribution of commemorative tokens, raffles, motorcades, and similar incentives and devices, during the subject period.
