SUBJECT: Suspension of Atty. GERONIMO MANALO from the practice of law

For the information and guidance of all concerned, quoted hereunder is the Resolution of the First Division of this Court, dated January 8, 1986, in Administrative Case No. 2769, entitled "George Zurenda vs. Atty. Geronimo Manalo":

"Administrative Case No. 2769 (George Zurenda vs. Atty. Geronimo Manalo). - Considering the administrative complaint against Atty. Geronimo Manalo, and dispensing with his comment which he failed to file within the period which expired on November 2, 1985, the Court Resolved: x x x (b) to SUSPEND Atty. Geronimo Manalo from the practice of law until further orders from this Court, except to appear before the investigator in the Office of the Solicitor General; (c) to require the Court Administrator to CIRCULARIZE this resolution to all courts in the Philippines; and (d) to CAUSE a copy of this resolution to be attached to the personal record of Atty. Manalo."
