AUTHORIZING THE ATTENDANCE OF SELECTED SUPREME COURT PERSONNEL IN THE ORIENTATION-WORKSHOP ON BIR ISSUANCES AND RULINGS

The Supreme Court considers the conduct of workshop on BIR Issuances and Rulings essential in improving its financial management skills. With the new issuances from BIR, new knowledge and information are being introduced. Consequently, this requires that personnel involved in all financial transactions in the Supreme Court need to develop effective and efficient financial management skills.

It is therefore important that the knowledge of selected Court employees on BIR-related matters be improved as part of the objective to attain an efficient and effective Judiciary.

The identified Supreme Court personnel are authorized to attend the said training on May 25, 2007 at the SC Training Center.
