SUBJECT:

QUARTERLY MEETING ON 10 TO 11 JUNE 2010 AT THE MAXWELL HOTEL, CEBU CITY

The Officers and Members of the Board of Trustees of the Metropolitan and City Judges Association of the Philippines (MeTCJAP) will hold its quarterly meeting on 10 to 11 June 2010 at the Maxwell Hotel, Cebu City. All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the said meeting on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds if authorized and available, provided that the court calendar is properly managed and parties are notified of any cancelled hearings.

Judge Maria Zoraida S. Zabat Tuazon, Secretary-General of the Association is hereby directed to submit a report to the Court Management Office, OCA within ten (10) days from the conclusion of the meeting.
