SUBJECT:

NATIONAL CONVENTION AND SEMINAR OF THE COURT STENOGRAPHIC REPORTERS ASSOCIATION OF THE PHILIPPINES

The Court Stenographic Reporters Association of the Philippines (COSTRAPHIL) will hold its 1st National Convention and Seminar from 23 to 25 April 1998 (Thursday to Saturday) at the FVR Gymnasium, Baguio City. All interested members of the said Association can attend this Convention and Seminar and such attendance shall be on official time.

The President of the Court Stenographic Reporters Association of the Philippines shall submit to the Office of the Court Administrator within ten (10) days from the closing of the convention and seminar (1) a complete report on the activities undertaken during the same; and (2) copies of the registration and daily attendance sheets signed by the members actually present.
