SUBJECT :

REGULAR MONTHLY MEETING AND CONSULTATION ON APRIL 29, 2011 AT 3:00 O'CLOCK IN THE AFTERNOON IN GUIMARAS, NEGROS OCCIDENTAL

The Officers and Directors of the Philippine Judges Association (PJA) will hold a monthly Regular Meeting and Consultation on April 29, 2011 at 3:00 o'clock in the afternoon in Guimaras, Negros Occidental.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the said meeting on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS chargeable to local funds if authorized and available, provided that their court calendar are properly managed and parties are notified of any cancelled hearings.

Judge Eugene C. Paras, Secretary-General of the Association is hereby directed to submit to the Court Management Office, OCA, a report within ten (10) days from the conclusion of the said meeting.
