SUBJECT:

CHRISMAS PARTY, INDUCTION OF OFFICERS AND GENERAL ASSEMBLY ON 9 DECEMBER 2002 AT THE HALL OF JUSTICE, BATANGAS

The Philippine Association of Court Employees (PACE) Batangas Chapter will hold a Christmas Party, Induction Party and General Assembly on 9 December 2002 at the Hall of Justice, Pallocan West, Batangas City.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the said event on OFFICIAL TIME/ OFFICIAL BUSINESS chargeable to local funds if authorized and available subject to prior written permission of their respective Executive Judges/Presiding Judges.

A complete report on the attendance shall be submitted to this Office within ten (10) days from date of the said event.
