ALL OFFICERS AND MEMBERS OF THE SHERIFF'S CONFEDERATION OF THE PHILIPPINES (SCOPHIL)

SUBJECT:

16TH NATIONAL CONVENTION, SEMINAR, WORKSHOP AND ELECTION OF OFFICERS ON APRIL 5 TO 7, 2011 AT THE IBALONG CENTER AND RECREATION, LEGASPI CITY

The officers and members of the Sheriff's Confederation of the Philippines (SCOPHIL) will hold its 16th National Convention, Seminar, Workshop and Election of Officers on April 5 to 7, 2011 at the Ibalong Center and Recreation, Legaspi Central Terminal, Legaspi City.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the said convention on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds authorized and available provided that there is prior written permission from the Executive Judge/Presiding Judge and there shall be no disruption of the court calendar."

Mr. Franklin C. Aguinaldo, National President of the Association shall submit to the Court Management Office, OCA a report regarding the convention within ten (10) days from the conclusion thereof.
