TO : ALL JUDGES, CLERKS OF COURT, BRANCH CLERKS OF COURT AND OTHER COURT PERSONNEL (WHO ARE IBP MEMBERS) OF THE FIRST AND SECOND LEVEL COURTS IN THE EASTERN VISAYAS REGION
SUBJECT : IBP EASTERN VISAYAS REGIONAL CONVENTION ON 21 TO 25 SEPTEMBER 2016 IN CEBU CITY
The Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) Eastern Visayas Chapter will hold a Regional Convention on 21 to 25 September 2016 (Wednesday to Sunday) in Cebu City.
All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the convention on 21 to 23 September 2016 (Wednesday to Friday), on OFFICIAL TIME, provided that their respective court calendars are properly managed and the parties are duly notified of any cancelled hearings
The participants shall submit to the Court Management Office, Office of the Court Administrator, their respective certificates of attendance within ten (10) days from their receipt thereof.
