ALL OFFICERS AND MEMBERS OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN AND CITY JUDGES ASSOCIATION OF THE PHILIPPINES (MeTCJAP)

SUBJECT:

QUARTERLY MEETING ON MARCH 12-13, 2009 AT THE VILLA CACERES HOTEL, MAGSAYSAY AVENUE, NAGA CITY

The venue of the quarterly meeting of the Officers and Members of the Board of Trustees of the Metropolitan Trial Court Judges Association of the Philippine (MeTCJAP) scheduled on March 12 and 13, 2009 has been changed from Dakak Park and Beach Resort, Taguilon, Dapitan City to Villa Caceres Hotel Magsaysay Avenue, Naga City.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the said meeting on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds if authorized and available provided that the court calendar is properly managed and parties are notified of any cancelled hearings.

Judge Rosalyn D. Mislos-Loja, Secretary-General of the Association is hereby directed to submit a report within ten (10) days from the date of the meeting. This Circular amends OCA Circular 10-2009 dated January 27, 2009.
